I was very new to yoga when I started to go to classes with Dana. What I enjoyed most was that she took time to gauge the expertise level of the class when we started. Despite having mostly very experienced students she made sure to offer modifications for me and hands on correction as needed. She always meets the class where they are in their skill level and makes you feel like you have the attention of a private lesson even when in a large setting. Her knowledge of anatomy has also helped me tremendously as I work around a nagging back injury.

I’ve had a chance to attend several of Dana’s yoga classes and I have thoroughly enjoyed each one. She has a great flow to her sequences that provides a challenging class that is also paired with meditation and stretching. Dana is extremely educated on how poses connect to your body and is great at helping you make adjustments to make sure your practice is safe. Her music selection pairs perfectly with the flow of the class which always leaves me feeling energized yet relaxed at the end of each class. She has a talent and I would highly recommend her classes to others!
